ROLLERO is a croissant rolling machine that can quickly make croissants as well as similar products just by placing
a dough triangle on the dedicated conveyor belt. Two models available: Rollero, ideal for standard croissants, and Rollero Plus,
ideal for softer and harder doughs, gluten free, etc.

• Compatible with different thickness: from 3 to 5 mm for Rollero and from 3 to 8 mm for Rollero Plus.
• Up to 1800 pieces per hour.
